The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee stressed that education, science and technology, and talents are the basic and strategic support for Chinese path to modernization.

In order to demonstrate the cultural concept of Jiejing, effectively implement the "caring project", care for employees and their families, adhere to the principle of people-oriented, and unite the strength of employees, on August 17, Jiejing Group invited 17 children of employees who have passed the college entrance examination to hold the 2024 Jiejing Group employee children's college entrance examination scholarship distribution ceremony. Guo Changen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of Jiejing Group, and Liu Xiangling, member of the Party Committee and director of the HR and Administration Department, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the host read out the decision on awarding scholarships to the children of employees who participate in the college entrance examination in 2024. Deputy secretary Guo and director Liu presented scholarships to the children of employees.

Director Liu stated that as part of the company's caring project, the distribution of college entrance examination scholarships to the children of employees of Jiejing Group has been more than 300,000 yuan since 2014. This love reflects the care of our group for its employees, as well as its emphasis on talent and respect for knowledge. It embodies Jiejing Group's strong love and expectations for the children of its employees. Excellent students will carry the hope of Jiejing Group and the earnest entrustment of their parents, rushing toward higher education institutions around the world. We hope that students will live up to their youth, establish clear goals, and realize their own life values.

The representatives of students and parents also made seperate speeches, expressing their gratitude to Jiejing Group and highly agreeing with Jiejing's philosophy of "respecting knowledge and talents". It fully reflects the company's care and love for employees by inspiring employees’ children to work hard in this way. It also calls on every student who succeeded in college entrance examination to have a grateful heart, not disappointing everyone's expectations, to cherish precious learning time, and create a more brilliant tomorrow with the passion and perseverance of youth.

Deputy secretary Guo encourages the students to establish a correct outlook on life and values while entering higher education institutions, and constantly polish and improve themselves, to lay a solid foundation for future employment by forming a rich knowledge circle through extensive learning, to cultivate exercise and good sleep habits, adjust learning status, and better engage in learning.
