In order to deepen exchanges and interactions between Shandong and the Army, more than 50 people from the 2023 High-Level Talents National Conditions Seminar of the Corps came to Jiejing for a visit and discussion in the morning of October 31. This group people were received by Liu Xiangling, member of the Jiejing Party Committee and Director of Human Resources Administration, Li Dong, Director of Jiejing General Department of the Seaweed Fertilizer Division, and accompanied by Zheng Bin, Technical Director of the Seaweed Fertilizer Division, and Zhang Lamei, leader of the R&D Group of the Quality Department.

The Seminar first visited Jiejing seaweed fertilizer workshop and factory area, and learned about Jiejing’s product system and production process. By visiting Jiejing Cultural Exhibition Hall, the Seminar felt the development history and cultural atmosphere of Jiejing for more than half a century, which further deepened the students' understanding of Jiejing Group's corporate philosophy understanding of "Jiejing products will benefit thousands of families.".

Jiejing expressed welcome to the Seminar at the symposium. Zhang Lamei introduced Jiejing's series of products to the Seminar, among which seaweed fertilizer products coincide with the development needs of Xinjiang's agriculture. Zheng Bin introduced the types and application scope of Jiejing seaweed fertilizer in detail, which was favored and warmly welcomed by the Seminar.
