At the meeting, Lin Chengbin from Shandong Jiejing Group, was appointed as the first invited supervisor, and made a speech at the meeting as the representative of the invited supervisor.

MR. Lin said in his speech that he was very honored to be employed as the specially invited supervisor of Rizhao Intermediate People's Court. To Chen Lingchun, vice President of the city court work report, deeply felt the Rizhao city intermediate people's court in strengthening self supervision, deepening the reform, judicial justice has done a lot of work and efforts, also feel his responsibility, in the future, one is to strengthen their own learning, fully recognize the special supervisor of profound connotation and significance, improve the political stance, enhance the special supervisor work sense of responsibility and mission, actively play the role of subjective active, improve the level of supervision ability, enhance work efficiency, serious, specification for executing supervision. Second, earnestly cooperate with the work, actively participate in the relevant activities organized by the court, witness and participate in the improvement of judicial style, discussion, research and other work, and improve the pertinancy and effectiveness of supervision. Third, strengthen positive publicity, especially as the CPPCC member and the main person in charge of the enterprise, actively publicize the spirit of the socialist rule of law of China with Chinese characteristics and the good image of the court and the judges; assist the court, deeply understand the public opinion, give full play to the advantages of invited supervisors in close contact with the masses, enhance the people's understanding and support of the work of the court, and promote the formation of a good atmosphere of supporting, supporting and participating in the construction of the rule of law.

At the meeting, Vice President Chen Lingchun reported the work of the city. He pointed out that since this year, under the care and support of all sectors of society, by November, the new cases of the city's courts decreased by 6.1% year on year, the settlement of cases increased by 2.3% year on year, and the key indicators ranked in the forefront of the courts in the province.

Secretary Lu Yan stressed in his speech that in the future, the central People's Court should further improve the daily liaison system and hold regular forums of specially invited supervisors to facilitate everyone to timely understand the work of the court. For the opinions and suggestions put forward by the supervisors, establish a working ledger, timely transfer, and rectify within a limited time, to ensure that the supervision matters are implemented and everything is answered. I hope that the supervisors will be invited to go deep into the grassroots and the masses, timely reflect the actual situation to the court, and deliver the most authentic voice of the people. I also hope that the supervisors will be invited to the court to better supervise the work of the court. At the same time, the voice of the court will be conveyed, so as to enhance the understanding and support of the people and all sectors of society for the work of the people's court.
