To appreciate the hard work of outstanding employees and their families and enhance corporate cohesion, on the occasion of the Children's Day (June 1st), Jiejing Group held the "Outstanding Employees' Families Open Day" activity on the morning of May 30. The activity expressed gratitude for the long-term dedication of outstanding employees and their families, and built a communication bridge between the enterprise and employees' families.

At the beginning of the activity, Liu Xiangling, member of the company's Party committee and director of human resources and administration, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. She spoke highly of the contributions made by outstanding employees and extended sincere gratitude to the families who have given silent support. Afterwards, representatives of outstanding employees and family representatives delivered speeches respectively, sharing their growth insights in work and perceptions in life, creating a warm and touching atmosphere on site.

Next, employees and their families visited the company's cultural exhibition hall with the commentator, and got an intuitive understanding of the corporate culture and development achievements of the company. Children also participated in interesting activities such as small product application experiments and baking snacks, experiencing the corporate culture and team style of Jiejing. At the end of the activity, company leaders presented souvenir gifts to outstanding employees and took a group photo.

This activity allowed family members to understand their relatives' working environment and the corporate culture at "zero distance", further stimulated employees' sense of belonging and pride, and gathered stronger centripetal force for the future development of the group.
