In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of full and strict Party governance and deepen the management personnel's understanding of the latest judicial policies, Jiejing Group held a special integrity lecture themed "Criminal Risk Prevention and Control for Enterprise Management Personnel" on the afternoon of May 22. The lecture specially invited a leader of the Rizhao Municipal Party Committee Inspection Team to give an on-site lecture, which was hosted by Guo Changen, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee. Deputy squad leaders of the company's workshops, logistics supervisors and personnel above these positions attended the lecture.

Centering closely on the Criminal Law Amendment (XII) and the latest judicial interpretation, the lecture systematically interpreted the core meaning, incrimination standards and sentencing scales of the principle that "state-owned and private enterprises face the same conviction, same punishment and equal accountability for job-related crimes". Through analyzing typical cases of discipline violations and crimes such as embezzlement and bribery, job occupation, and commercial bribery, the course profoundly revealed integrity risks, clarified the red lines for management personnel performing their duties, and put forward countermeasures and guidance on how to identify risk points, improve the compliance system and strengthen daily prevention and control. In the interactive session, personnel from relevant departments of the company raised specific questions, and the lecturer gave detailed answers.

This lecture took cases as a warning and clarified discipline through law, which further enhanced the integrity and self-discipline awareness and risk prevention capabilities of management personnel. Participants stated that they will strictly abide by the bottom line of discipline, standardize the performance of their duties, and create a clean and sound environment for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
