On the afternoon of May 18, Jiejing Group convened personnel above the position of minister of various departments to hold a special meeting on criticism and self-criticism for departmental work. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Jun, the company's secretary of the board of directors and assistant to the president. Liu Xiangling, member of the company's party committee and director of human resources and administration, led all attendees to study *Strictly Enforce the Party's Political Discipline and Political Rules*, an important exposition by General Secretary Xi Jinping on further advancing the full and strict governance over the Party, and shared the article *Put Down Official Air, Establish a Good Image*. Guo Chang'en, deputy secretary of the company's party committee, delivered the concluding speech for the meeting.

Combining their own job responsibilities and the actual work of their departments, heads of various departments carried out profound self-criticism one by one. Based on the whole process of production, operation and management, all attendees voluntarily set aside their achievements, faced up to problems, conducted in-depth self-examination centering on work execution, detailed control, work efficiency, active responsibility, innovation awareness and other aspects, carefully sorted out problems, deeply analyzed root causes, avoided avoiding serious issues and being perfunctory, and truly achieved identifying practical problems and digging deep into root causes.

In the session of mutual communication and criticism, heads of various departments adhered to the original aspiration of mutual help, common progress and being responsible for the company's development, treated each other with sincerity and spoke bluntly. All departments put forward opinions to each other, talked about shortcomings and stated real situations. Abandoning departmentalism and personal concerns, they accurately pointed out the blocked points and sticking points in work coordination, and effectively resolved work estrangements between departments.

Based on various problems sorted out through self-examination and mutual evaluation, all participants conducted joint discussion and centralized communication. Based on the actual production and operation of the company, they formulated implementable, executable and inspectable improvement measures, and clarified the direction for subsequent work improvement.
