On April 7 morning, Jiejing Group held a specialized training lecture on employees' legal awareness and confidentiality responsibilities at the cultural exhibition hall third-floor lecture theater in Shenzhen Road factory area. Over 130 employees including representatives, team leaders, supervisors and above-level personnel attended. Lawyer Lou Wei was invited to deliver the lecture, presided over by Jiejing Group Executive President Xu Li.

Lawyer Lou Wei taught the legal provisions regarding procurement and sales contracts, commercial secrets, technical information, customer data, competition restrictions, and employees' confidentiality obligations, as well as high-risk behaviors of leaking secrets and legal responsibilities, by connecting with practical cases. He emphasized: In the era of big data, complacency is the greatest risk. It is necessary to strengthen legal knowledge learning, enhance legal awareness, strictly adhere to compliance bottom line, and jointly build enterprise safety defense line.

After the lecture, Lawyer Lou Wei interacted with employees through on-site Q&A. Employees from relevant departments and workshops raised multiple questions surrounding work nature such as research and development, sales, administrative work.
