On March 7th, to mark International Women's Day and enrich the lives of female employees, Jiejing Group organized a series of vibrant activities, including a fun sports event and a women's salon titled "Dancing with Emotions, Becoming Healthy Goddesses," highlighting the energy and wisdom of Jiejing women in the new era.
In the morning, the lively fun sports event kicked off with a tug-of-war competition that ignited the atmosphere. Four teams formed by female employees from different departments worked in unison, with enthusiastic chants and cheers echoing across the venue, reflecting their strong team spirit. During the shuttlecock-kicking and double-rope skipping competitions, participants showcased their agility and seamless teamwork. Their graceful movements, accompanied by flying shuttlecocks and rhythmic ropes, created vibrant displays of energy. Filled with laughter, the event allowed everyone to relieve stress, enjoy the festive joy, and strengthen collaboration.
In the afternoon, the women's salon "Dancing with Emotions, Becoming Healthy Goddesses" unfolded in a warm and welcoming setting. Liu Xiangling, Member of the Group's Party Committee and Director of the Human Resources and Administration Department, guided participants through interactive games and easy-to-understand explanations to recognize and accept emotions, while sharing practical emotion management techniques. Female employees actively engaged in discussions, openly sharing emotional challenges faced in work and daily life, and collectively explored solutions. Through relaxed and heartfelt exchanges, they gained emotional management skills as well as mutual support and spiritual comfort.
